Character Background
Ferdinand is apparently the leader of the trio known as the poet eggs/Shakespearian eggs (a group of eggs that recite poems, having as the other members his Friends Rododrendo and Gabrelle) When drunk, he gets red eyes and he tends to be the one who spouts the most nonsense and insults of the three, and is also the most impulsive and sometimes the most violent, since he doesn't accept anyone telling him what not to do or correcting him, and he tends to be conspiratorial when he's very, very drunk. An interesting fact about Ferdinand, one of its members, is that he lost a cousin because they made egg soup with her. The poet eggs appear in various takes reciting stories and poetry to an audience, concluding each scene with the word "cheers." While they appear elegant and romantic in the first take, they become increasingly drunk in the second, third, fourth, and fifth takes, as they consume alcohol in each scene. During their inebriated state, they muddle their poetic verses and alter them with comical subliminal messages until they collapse from the excess of brandy, wine, and tequila. In subsequent attempts, they try to recite the poem, but their excessive alcohol prevents them from doing so, and they spout nonsense. A few takes later, completely intoxicated, they begin to act foolishly on stage (dancing to the Village People's " YMCA" is one of their most famous examples). His most famous phrase is "I'm already really drunk..." (A phrase usually said by him when he feels he's gone too far with alcohol), he is almost always seen holding a glass of wine when he's reciting a script.
