Character Background
The story of Finder, Celesti's first mage who first made a name for himself as a pioneer, has led many Celestians to lives of adventure,
and they're known as the Travelers.
Beginning at the Celestial Sea, their adventures took them through the Empty Sea, across the White Sea, and into Empyrean.
Along the way, they found many lands and floating islands, discovering new resources and making great contributions to civilization.
They also connected the inhabitants to the outside world, allowing them to share resources and exchange cultures.
All of these were recorded, and the accumulation of these records became history, passed down to future generations.
Travelers don't hesitate to set foot in unknown lands where they don't know what dangers might be lurking,
and if they encounter someone in danger, they prioritize helping them over their own safety.
As a result, the Travelers are always exposed to danger, and they are often seriously injured or killed.
Some people may see them as reckless, as they put themselves in harm's way to help others without expecting anything in return,
but most Celestians have a great deal of respect for their actions and beliefs, and treat them with the utmost courtesy should they come across them.
Unlike in the past, Traveler guilds have sprung up in Celesti today.
These guilds supply their members with a variety of tools as well as bows to help them cope with a variety of situations.
They also teach them how to deal with unexpected situations or dangerous enemies.
The largest of them all is Wanderment, the Free Explorer's Guild.
They make Stellatrium on the Sky of a Thousand Seas their sanctum, and follow their leader, whom they call Ouinim or Uitnim in their own slang, known as Traveler's Language.
They find their way by the stars, sleep on the grass with the sky as their roof,
and willingly put themselves in harm's way for the sake of others, all the while keeping a smile on their face and moving forward.
From the past, to the present, and into the future.
They never stop moving forward, using the footsteps of those who have gone before them as their compass.
The Traveler is an archer who uses a combination of traditional long range archery and unique mechanical tools and gadgets in tandem with acrobatic feats.

Dreamers? I'm far from one of them, even as a fellow Traveler.
Ah, that reminds me. Yes, I should tell you about her.
But first, let's talk about me.
Once, I was bored with where I was living, so I ran straight ahead. I didn't look back, and I just kept running.
Even the wind was pushing me forward.
I was so excited, I couldn't keep my feet on the ground. But then, something felt wrong.
Suddenly, I looked back. Err... Where am I?
That was when I realized I'd gone too far and forgotten how to get back where I came from.
Regrets? I never had any.
I told you, I ran with excitement. I had a lot of fun traveling.
But there was nothing left, and suddenly I got worried that no one would remember me.
Was I really going to disappear like the wind? Then, right in front of my eyes, she appeared.
She loved to help people. It didn't matter how big or small; she solved problems everywhere.
She had a lot of tricks up her sleeve from her travels.
Her cheerfulness and humor made her easy to get along with. No one found her difficult.
Well, sometimes some punks would make fun of her, thinking she was just a drifter. She made sure they knew she wasn't.
She belonged to a Traveler's guild, unlike me, an individual Traveler.
I asked her, "Where do I go from here? I have no place to go back to."
My question stumped her. With a puzzled look on her face, she replied.
"What do you mean? You can always go to the place of your dreams."
"Don't you have one? Then, pick one."
She didn't understand the idea of going home, because, for her, the entire universe was home.
She was going to make everywhere she touched a happy place. She was going to make it the place of her dreams, where everyone was happy and smiling.
There was more in her eyes than just the scenery in front of her.
I don't know exactly, but I think I saw a dream in there.
To travel to the places she dreamed of, to make the places she traveled to the places she dreamed of.
That's what it means to be a true Dreamer, isn't it?
I stand on the first land and look up to heaven,
and the stars seem to be within reach.
I leap to my feet and try to catch one, but they grow farther away.
I walk forward, hoping to get a little closer.
All I can see is a gaping hole in the sea.
Lost voices wandering in the darkness.
The sound of the lost wind shakes my heart.
But I don't stop. I look for that twinkling star.
I cross the path, careful not to fall.
The fragrant flowers and the green herbs make me feel alive.
Deer run across the fields, showing off their majestic antlers.
What a beautiful place, with people living in harmony with each other!
Suddenly I lift my head and look up at the sky again.
The stars are shining more beautifully than ever.

I tossed the firewood with a flick. A crackling sound accompanied the scattering embers.
Warmth began to seep into my chilled body.
The water in the pot on the campfire was quietly boiling.
As my senses slowly came alive, the eerie aura of the deep night forest seemed to fade away.
"What's there to live for? You live because you're alive."
Once I said it out loud, everything was fine.
What was I so serious about?
I wouldn't have gotten this far if I'd been ready to quit because of winning or losing.
Not everything is over. You don't have to be depressed.
I kept telling myself that, but...
It wasn't easy to shake off the feeling of defeat.
In times like this, the answer was to eat.
I threw all the ingredients I had into the pot and waited for them to cook.
The fat from the meat began to soak into the vegetables, giving them a deep, rich flavor.
When the broth had reduced enough, I seasoned it with some precious salt from the Empty Sea.
The finished dish was pretty spectacular. The next time I see Marlene, I should give her the recipe.
Feeling satisfied, I lay down and looked up to see the stars in the sky.
I had traveled to many worlds following the stars.
I'd met many people who helped me, sometimes in return for my help.
At first, we were at odds with each other, but eventually, we faced danger together.
No matter what the problem, we overcame it and moved forward.
And all of it, it was fun.
Yes, traveling was about pushing yourself beyond your limits. It didn't matter if you won or lost.
I asked myself.
Am I enjoying the journey, the adventure?
No need to think about it. The answer was clear.
I got up and started to clean up.
It was time to get back on my feet and start a new journey.
New worlds, people, and very, very good food awaited.
