Kokutō was a Sinner who offered to help Ichigo saved Yuzu who was kidnapped by a gang of Sinners lead by a Sinner named Shuren. but in truth wanted Ichigo inside Hell so he can use his immense Hollow powers to break the chains that restrain him in Hell so he can be free. Ichigo defeated Kokutō with the powers that Hell offered him, and reforged the Sinner’s chains to contain him indefinitely and imprison him deep into the deepest depths of Hell.
