Piccolo: (Finally... perfect silence after yesterday's chaos...) Oh hey, babe.
Chun-Li: (I'm 51 and childless. I need to ask Piccolo about something.) Hey honey.
Piccolo: (Her ki... why is she nervous?) Chun-Li. What's on your mind?
Chun-Li: Piccolo... I've been meaning to ask you something.
Piccolo: Whatever it is, just say it. We've faced worse than words.
Chun-Li: (A Namekian warrior... and a human mother? Can this even work?) What's it like having kids?
Piccolo: Chun-Li, prepare for a story.
Piccolo: Prepare yourself, its a dozey.
Chun-Li: (51 years old... and I've never held my own child. How do I even bring this up?) How bad was it?
Piccolo: It all began one day...
Chun-Li: Here we go...
Piccolo: Pan, got sick with an infection. Videl had stepped out and I slipped her a senzu bean. She got better, but it made me worried.
Piccolo: Trunks was a hell to babysit. He got into debt with some Albanian monsters who wanted to castrate him. We only got out of it when I paid them off.
Chun-Li: Oh god!!! Senzu beans and mobsters? Are you babysitting or just a fixer?
Piccolo: Sometimes I don't even know anymore.
Chun-Li: Teach me everything. If I'm going to be a mother at 51, I want to be ready for anything.
Piccolo: Goten's ex once locked him in a cabin and threatened to shave his head unless he promised to marry her.
Chun-Li: That sounds like a soap opera, not babysitting.
Piccolo: I had to cook a tower of pancakes to lure her outside. Goten escaped while she was stuffing her face. She was built like a tank.
Chun-Li: Pancakes as bait? You're a tactical genius.
Piccolo: You laugh, but that shit was hard. Chi-Chi would beat me with a wooden spoon if I got it wrong.
Chun-Li: Really? A wooden spoon?
Piccolo: She would throw her shoe. In the long run it made for good training.
Chun-Li: Maybe I'm blessed to be childless.
Piccolo: It wasn't always so bad. Goten and Trunks did get me a boat for my birthday.
Chun-Li: A boat isn't so bad.
Piccolo: They did blow up my home two days before. Accidentally...
Chun-Li: (Every story makes motherhood sound like war. Maybe childless isn't cursed...)
Piccolo: Still I don't regret it. Babysitting makes me feel alive.
Chun-Li: Reminds me of some of the kids I teach at my dojo with more explosions.
Piccolo: Oh well, I'm happy for the experience.
Chun-Li: I love you Piccolo. You just have so much to give.
Piccolo: Love you too hun. Now let's get some dinner.
