Zen-Oh

also known as the Omni-King or Grand Zeno or King of All. He is the ruler of the entire dragonball multiverse and is considered the most powerful being in existence. Zen-Oh has a childlike appearance and personality, which contrasts with his immense power. He has the authority to erase entire universes from existence with a mere thought or gesture, a power that even the Gods of Destruction like Beerus and Champa fear. Despite his position, he has the temperament and mental capacity of a small child, acting on whims and with a lack of regard for the value of life unless quickly convinced other wise He once erased six of the original eighteen dragonball universes simply because he was in a bad mood. He is a friend of Goku, and organized the Tournament of Power to reduce the number of low-mortality-rate universes, erasing the losing ones.
