Wade Nixon (born January 1, 1990 (1990-01-01) [age 36]), better known online as DankPods (among many other names), is an Australian YouTuber who does various things to his iPods and MP3 Players, including upgrading, repairing, creating, etc., as well as dabbling in audiophile technology such as headphones, stereos, and amplifiers. He might be the reason that used iPods have risen in price since his rise to popularity in sites like ebay. Wade Nixon is a self-employed Australian drummer and content creator that can be said as somewhat of an audiophile, known most commonly as DankPods, the most popular of his 5 YouTube channels, Floatplane page and other media, collectively known as the Trash Network, The most popular and arguably main highlight of his YouTube career: the channel of Dankpods! DankPods features Wade exploring lots of crappy and non-crappy technology, mainly audio-focused such as speakers, headphones and MP3 players (which he really often gets angry at and destroys them with the "1 grit", piece of concrete that is prominently used by Wade in the destruction of various electronic devices). Frank the Snake (Wade's pet snake) makes occasional appearances.
