Champion Dossier: Vladimir, the Crimson Reaper Basic Information: Name: Vladimir Title: The Crimson Reaper Region: Noxus Role: Mage / Fighter --- Profile and Biography: Vladimir is a fiend with a thirst for mortal blood, whose origins trace back to the dawn of the Noxian empire. As a master of ancient, forbidden blood magic (hemomancy), he uses this sorcery not only to dominate his opponents but also to artificially extend his own life across the centuries. His immortality and unparalleled power have allowed him to quietly manipulate the events of Noxian history. In the lavish salons of the aristocracy, Vladimir has built a fanatical cult of personality around himself, using his influence and followers to continue bleeding his enemies with impunity in the dark alleys of the empire. --- Abilities: Crimson Pact (Passive): There is a direct synergy in his stats. Every 30 points of bonus Health gives Vladimir 1 Ability Power, and every 1 point of Ability Power grants him 1.6 bonus Health (these bonuses do not stack with themselves). Transfusion: Vladimir drains the lifeforce of his target, healing himself while dealing damage. Sanguine Pool: Vladimir sinks into a pool of blood, becoming untargetable for a short time and slowing enemies standing above him, while also siphoning their health. Tides of Blood: Vladimir sacrifices a portion of his own health to charge up a reservoir of blood which, upon release, deals area-of-effect damage around him. Hemoplague (Ultimate): He infects an area with a virulent plague. Affected enemies take increased damage from all sources for the duration. After a few seconds, Hemoplague detonates, dealing magic damage. Vladimir is then healed based on the number of enemy Champions hit by the blast.
