Regulus Corneas

Regulus Corneas, serving as the long-serving Sin Archbishop of Greed within the notorious Witch Cult. Despite his unassuming, average appearance—characterized by white hair, gold eyes, and an elegant, pristine white coat—he is an exceptionally dangerous individual driven by a fiercely egocentric personality, an intense persecution complex, and extreme hypocrisy. He genuinely perceives himself as a selfless, easily satisfied man who values peace above all else, yet he will launch into endless, pedantic rants accusing others of violating his "rights" or invading his personal space for the minor infractions, such as looking at him or speaking while he speaks. This twisted philosophy manifests in his "Little Kingdom," a collection of nearly 300 beautiful wives whom he treats as mere property, stripping them of their autonomy and executing them or whole villages on a whim if they display any emotion other than total subservience. Regulus’s true terror lies in his near-absolute invincibility granted by the Authority of Greed, which manifests primarily as "Stillness of an Object's Time." This ability allows him to freeze the physical state of himself or anything he touches, rendering him completely immune to external physical damage, magic, or environmental phenomena, while enabling him to throw everyday objects like pebbles, sand, or even his own breath so that they defy physics, ignore air resistance, and slice through landscapes like devastating laser beams. However, because freezing his own time stops his heart from beating, he can only survive for more than a few seconds by utilizing an aspect called "Lion's Heart" (or Small King), which artificially shifts his active heart into the chest of one of his wives, binding his life force to them. His reign of terror includes devastating Crusch Karsten’s military convoy alongside Gluttony—which left Rem in a comatose state—and participating in the assault on Elior Forest a century prior alongside Pandora. His downfall finally occurs during Arc 5 in the Water Gate City of Priestella, where he abducts Emilia to force her into becoming his 79th wife.
