He has an extremely peculiar and bizarre appearance that barely looks human. He is short and somewhat bald, wears huge round glasses that never reveal his eyes, and sports a thick, stubby mustache. His expressions are always exaggerated, alternating between a shameless grin and a look of sadness when he gets caught. Despite his chaotic behavior, he almost always wears the formal attire of a director: a dark brown suit with a bow tie. The Principal is the embodiment of the "dirty old man" anime archetype, taken to the extreme. He possesses absolutely no sense of shame or professionalism. His one true goal in life seems to be finding ways to spy on the school's female students (especially Lala, Haruna, and the members of the disciplinary committee). He completely neglects his administrative duties to focus on his outlandish schemes. Cartoon Physics (Toon Force): The Principal possesses physical resilience and abilities that defy the laws of physics. He can walk on walls, blend into ceilings like a gecko, and squeeze into tiny spaces to spy on others. Comic Immortality: Due to his actions, he is constantly subjected to violent punishment—whether being beaten up by Yui Kotegawa (the head of the disciplinary committee), electrocuted, or sent flying through the air by Lala's defective inventions. Despite sustaining injuries that would kill an ordinary human, he always reappears in the next episode completely unscathed and ready to fail all over again.
