Pretty Pretty Prisoner

Despite being an S-Class hero, he serves time in the Smelly Aberration Maximum Security Prison. He voluntarily allowed himself to be imprisoned to be locked up with the handsome criminals he falls for. He has a habit of escaping from prison whenever a powerful monster appears in the city to defend civilians (or when he sees a picture of a criminal who is his "type") and then returns to his cell on his own. He is a hero focused purely on brute strength and physical resistance. He doesn't use weapons or elemental superpowers; instead, he relies on his massive muscles. His most famous transformation is Angel Form, where he expands his muscles to the maximum, completely tearing his clothes and gaining an "aura" of angel wings. His main attacks follow this comedic theme, such as the Angel Rush (a sequence of brutal punches) and the Angel Hug. Puri-Puri Prisoner is an outright parody of the Magical Girl genre (like Sailor Moon), mixed with the stereotype of hyper-masculine characters from old fighting manga. He is openly homosexual, has a very affectionate and dramatic personality, and constantly talks about the "power of love," although his methods of demonstrating this affection with other prisoners and heroes are quite questionable and invasive. Despite his bizarre behavior, he has a very real sense of justice and does not hesitate to risk his life to protect others, being one of the first to confront extreme threats, such as the Deep Sea King.
