Pit

Known as the loyal captain of the Royal Guard serving Palutena, the Goddess of Light, Pit is an angel of pure heart, unwavering optimism, and heroic determination that makes up for his notable lack of cunning. Despite being a formidable warrior—proficient with the iconic Palutena Bow and a vast array of sacred weapons—he ironically possesses wings incapable of independent flight, relying instead on his goddess's "Power of Flight": a gift that lasts a strict five minutes before his wings burn out. Amidst his battles against the Underworld forces of Medusa and Hades, Pit stands out for his chatty personality, his refusal to break the fourth wall, and a bottomless stomach that doesn't even turn up its nose at "floor food"—cementing his status as Angel Land's most charismatic (and comically naive) paladin.
