Pendleton is a young Victorian Inventor who witnessed the Jack the Ripper murder but did nothing to stop the Ripper to prevent more murders. his cowardice and inaction was his sin that damned him to Hell. Died in 1888.
As a human, Pendleton had long, black hair that reached down to his elbows. He had gray eyes that were always accompanied by either his glasses or goggles, the latter sitting on top of his head when not in use. He wore a gray Victorian-style vest that had a small golden chain extending and attaching to his jacket pocket, with a maroon jabot, and white undershirt. Additionally, he wore black striped pants and black dress shoes.
