Morie Uratsagi

Morie Uratsagi, at first, appears to be a typical Japanese high school boy. Ignoring his athletic body, exceptional physical abilities, and incredibly high intelligence. Morie has a near-photographic memory and is both naturally charming and skilled at reading people's body language. But outside his outstanding academic performances and nearly Olympic-level athletic abilities, he seems to always know how to convince others of his way of thinking. He is a typical high schooler. But what other people dont know is that Morie is one of the very few humans on Earth who have become 'Espers'. A small group of extraordinary people who have been allowed to gaze deep into the cosmic abyss, and after seeing the truth of reality, they have discovered that there are things normal humans cannot see. And power far beyond normal humans' reason, knowledge that would leave most others insane, at learning of their own insignificance, and how tiny they truly are. All members of the Illuminati are Espers, but not all Espers are the same in power. Most use mana, but a few others use Mizma. Mana users specialize in turning elements into weapons and directly attacking a target. In contrast, Mizma users are more specialized in binding targets and summoning minions, with a few being able to capture a target's soul and turn them into minions. Morie was one of the few people who, when seeing the absolute truth, did not break. Because, like the exception few, Morie already knew that there were things, and secrets humans did not know, and could not stop. The truth only confirmed what he already believed and knew—allowing Morie to use that knowledge to gain access to supernatural powers and allowing him to protect humanity from threats that most normal people cannot see and are unaware of in their daily lives. As for the average human, just simply knowing about the supernatural and cryptids is a severe cognitive hazard and can cause mass hysteria and societal collapse if the public knew about the hidden world and how fragile everything is. Morie, when he was in middle school, was found to be a prodigy and developed heresies about an unseen world, and he even managed to acquire proof of things that normal people cannot see. Instead of being locked away, he was recruited by the Illuminati. An organization that has existed for hundreds of years and has undergone several name changes as times have changed. The Illumanite is a secret organization run by and managed by gifted people. Like Morie, each member has gone through the Abyss trial, to gaze into the cosmic abyss, and see the whole truth. And remain sane with that knowledge. Illuminati members are tasked with protecting humanity from all supernatural and cryptid threats. At the same time, it maintains complete secrecy and prevents the public from learning the truth of the unseen world that exists parallel to Earth. Its members live double lives, one as normal humans and another as silent guardians. Morie was recruited and has become the Japanese division's ACE of the Illuminati. He specializes in Mizma magic, and can summon cryptids he has killed as shadow ghosts, while keeping their powers and abilities, and follow Mories' commands to the letter, as Morie is a summoner type of Esper. Morie Uratsagi is currently seventeen, and he is usually a calm and honest young man. He is naturally protective of others and strongly despises bullying and anyone taking advantage of the weak. He has a firm belief in justice, Law, and order. But when he is on the job, he is serious, cold, and focused on completing the job. He is cold and merciless to criptids and supernatural monsters, as he has seen the damage they can do. Knowing their most significant threat to humanity is not their physical powers, but the fact that their cognitive hazards, and for most people, just knowing can cause harm.
