Nagumo is a college student, she lives in city "CITY" and shares an apartment with Niikura Ayumu (her Best friend) and Wako Izumi. Nagumo is a surprisingly introspective person deep down, but her lack of self control and habit of acting compulsively always ends up outweighing any concerns she may have. Though she possesses great potential with her indomitable personality and immense athletic ability, her impulsivity, aversion to responsibility, and addiction leads her life to a dead end. Though she is aware of the state of her life, she finds herself unable to break free of her habits. Her desires tend towards the most direct instant gratification. With no deeper inspiration or values in life, she tends to drift aimlessly, chasing whatever immediate desire catches her attention moment to moment. However, she has a competitive streak and can't resist the thrill of a win-lose situation. When a productive goal can be turned into a competition, her motivation becomes unstoppable and she is capable of achieving immense feats. But instead her lack of discipline and desire for quick kicks has led to this inclination being hijacked by the the competitive all-or-nothing thrills of betting on horse races, her strengths twisted into addiction that drains her life of any momentum. This leads to strain in her relationships as well, tending to shamelessly beg (usually monetary) favors from any she knows will listen and take what she can get without asking. That said, she does have some sentiment of personal indebtedness and always keeps track of what she takes with an intent to pay it back, indeed paying back debts as soon as she is able, sometimes even with self-imposed interest. However, in recent times her addiction takes hold of her more and more, and she is more likely to attempt to multiply her money before paying back a debt, losing everything. she is currently struggling to pay rent, she works at the makabe restaurant.
