Be it by rewriting his own narrative, the narrative of others, changing his backstory or other characters on the fly for the scene or gag, or even changing the animation medium mid gag.
It's impossible to understand Meta-Man XXX next move. Because even he doesn't know his own next move, or gag, or even thought.
