She is an ordinary student and Rito's classmate, being the girl he has had a crush on since middle school. The story of the series begins exactly when Rito tries to confess his feelings to her, but due to a misunderstanding, he ends up confessing to the alien princess Lala Satalin Deviluke, establishing the premise for the entire work. Her personality is that of a kind-hearted, polite, responsible, and extremely gentle young woman. As a class representative, she takes her school duties seriously and is highly respected by her peers, in addition to being a dedicated member of the tennis club. Despite being very mature in many aspects, she is incredibly shy when it comes to romance.
