Hakos Baelz

Hakos Baelz is the literal conceptualization of Chaos born into the world, appointed by the Gods as the chairperson of the hololive English Council to oversee her fellow concepts despite her naturally unruly essence. To represent this uncontainable, unpredictable nature, she manifested in the form of a mouse, drawing inspiration from the rodent that craftily won the race to become the first animal of the eastern zodiac. While the Gods intended for her to manage Council, her very existence is driven by a desire to break rules, disrupt absolute order, and prove that absolute control is an illusion. Bound by no specific laws and completely unpredictable, she thrives in the midst of uncertainty, often signaling her rebellious spirit and "down under" origin to keep the world off-balance.
