Gummigoo

Gummigoo is a charismatic and complex gummy crocodile bandit who serves as the leader of the Crocodile Trio, a tight-knit gang consisting of himself and his loyal "lads," Max and Chad. Hailing from the Candy Canyon Kingdom, Gummigoo is a master strategist driven by a noble, background; he believes he is stealing the kingdom's precious maple syrup not for personal gain, but to save his struggling village and his mother, a character he holds in high emotional regard. Physically, he is a tall, lime-green and yellow crocodile who wears a signature brown cowboy hat and speaks with a thick Australian accent, giving him the persona of a rugged outback outlaw. Despite his initial appearance as an antagonist, he possesses deep emotional depth and a caring nature, often acting as the protective "brains" of his group and even shielding his friends from harsh truths to prevent them from falling into despair. He is defined by this sense of honor among thieves and a growing capacity for empathy, which eventually leads him to form a genuine, quiet bond with the protagonist Pomni, showcasing a well-intentioned and redeemable soul beneath his bandit exterior.
