Captain Stark

Stark is the only person alive in his time that could handle all the weapons the Meisters created. He is essentially M. Launcher from the far past. An incredibly loyal captain to the Eternal Flame Resistance. He uses a large plasma cannon as a main while he mostly holds two mechanically enhanced glocks. The dragons' breath burned down the villages. Their fangs destroyed the nation. Their claws tore apart mothers. Their flapping wings destroyed buildings. Children helplessly watched as their fathers were crushed by the falling rubble. In the face of their massive claws and wings, our soldiers are helpless. Our weapons can't even leave a scratch on them. The Nobility is as scared as the commoners. We need bigger, stronger weapons to resist the dragons. We need a shield to protect ourselves. Now that we've learned that the best defense is a good offense, we'll spare no effort to create a weapon to destroy them. What wouldn't I give to extract their fangs and rip apart their wings! We must create the most ruthless and strongest weapon possible. We've sacrificed a lot to gather here for that single purpose. The Gaebolg Project must be completed, no matter what. To liberate ourselves from the dragons' oppression.
