Capella Emerada Lugunica

Capella Emerada Lugunica is the Sin Archbishop of Lust in the "Re: Zero" series. She leads an assassin organization in Gusteko under the alias "Mama." Her true appearance is often concealed due to her abilities. Appearance: Due to the nature of her Authority of Lust, Capella Emerada Lugunica's physical appearance often changed drastically. Her most common form consisted of a beautiful young girl with smooth, pale-white skin, a slender physique, and dainty limbs. She stood at four feet and nine inches tall and had crimson-red eyes and a fang-like tooth. Her short golden hair was shoulder-length. The form bore physical traits unique to members of the Lugunican Royal Family. Personality: Even among the Sin Archbishops, famed for their vulgar personalities and irredeemable actions, Capella was considered a special brand of evil. Lust viewed people other than herself as mere bags of meat to be used as she deemed fit. As she saw those around her as little more than animals, Capella cared not for the opinions and feelings of others, nor for whether her actions caused pain and suffering. Actually, the Sin Archbishop seemed to revel in the pain of others, often cackling as she brought torment upon them. Befitting her title as the bearer of the Lust Witch Factor, Lugunica was obsessed with the concept of love. She felt a strong urge for every person in the world to love her, though, as with everything about the Archbishop, Capella's idea of love was severely warped. She showed excessive pride in herself, often citing herself as a kind woman whose beauty was compared to none. Abilities Authority of Lust: In the past, Capella absorbed the Lust Witch Factor, allowing her to channel the power of the Authority of Lust. The potency of an Authority was decided by the personality of its wielder, as an individual who strongly embodied the sin of the Witch Factor they absorbed would have a more powerful variation of the Authority than an individual who embodied the same sin to a lesser extent. The bearers of Witch Factors, including Capella, gave off a particular scent that attracted mabeasts, terrifying man-eating monsters created by the Witch of Gluttony, Daphne. Although not the strongest Sin Archbishop, Capella was still formidable enough to defeat all but the most powerful of individuals. She easily overwhelmed the combined might of Crusch Karsten and Subaru Natsuki, and fought to a standstill against the one-armed wanderer Aldebaran. She was, however, not as powerful as her predecessor, the Witch of Lust Carmilla. Despite both being utilizers of the Lust Witch Factor, Capella's and Carmilla's versions of the Authority did different things, as Capella's Authority of Lust focused more on changing things physically rather than mentally. Emerada almost always used her power for nefarious purposes, whether to torment her opponents, discipline her subordinates, or manipulate people into "loving" her. Shapeshifting: The principal ability of Capella's Authority of Lust allowed her to alter her own physical shape at will. The power was highly versatile, granting her great advantages in strength, speed, endurance, lethality, and even deception. She could shapeshift into other people, mimicking every aspect of them, including their voice, and could also take on the form of any animal she knew of. Furthermore, she could change her size and mass at will, allowing her whole body to grow or shrink exponentially. She was also able to change specific parts of her body, allowing her to channel aspects of individuals or animals while the rest of her body remained unaltered. She was able to transform herself into several separate entities that shared a consciousness, for example, a swarm of rats. There was no time limit on how long Lust could stay shapeshifted. Her Authority also allowed her to regenerate damaged or lost cells by transforming damaged body parts into uninjured ones, meaning that she could recover from fatal injuries such as a severed head or a crushed heart. Any lost body part that was replaced by a healed one naturally dissolved over time. It was likely her regeneration that allowed Capella to live so long, as healthy cells replaced those that degraded. Organic Manipulation: The transmutative powers of her Authority were not limited to Capella alone, as she could also use them on other biological lifeforms (including the dead) so long as she made physical contact with them. Her power to change another person or creature was fundamentally the same as her power to change herself, with both aspects sharing the same strengths and weaknesses. The changes made to an individual or creature were permanent, and the only definitive way to reverse the effects of her power was if the Sin Archbishop of Lust did so herself. It was through the transmutative ability that she made "Demi-Beasts," grotesque creatures created through a fusion of flesh and metal that did her bidding. Genius Intellect: Despite her deranged psyche, the Sin Archbishop of Lust was fiercely intelligent. She was exceptionally perceptive, as demonstrated by her ability to accurately assess romantic preferences in just a short while by analysing their body language and conversing with them. Lust was also highly deductive and was capable of employing strategy and deception. Leadership: Capella Emerada Lugunica was the head of a powerful and enigmatic international criminal organization, whose members were completely loyal to her. Lust garnered the loyalty of her subordinates by instilling fear and trauma, ensuring they would be too terrified ever to betray her. Even Roy Alphard, a fellow Sin Archbishop of the Witch Cult, obediently worked under her.
