About Caesar Clown
Appearance
Long dark blue hair, golden eyes, horns, pale, large mouth
Character Background
Caesar serves as the main antagonist of the Punk Hazard Arc and was the first major adversary faced by the Straw Hat Pirates in the New World. Known to his subordinates as "Master," he has a bounty of 300 million Berries on his head.
Affiliations: Former member of the illegal scientific research group MADS and former colleague of the legendary Dr. Vegapunk. Later, he allied himself with Donquixote Doflamingo.
Personality: Cruel, egocentric, and manipulative. Despite his sadistic attitudes, he often serves as comic relief in the story, especially due to his unique laugh: "Shurororororo".
Appearance: He has a gaseous appearance, long dark hair, horns on his head, and wears a long coat with the word "GAS" printed on it. He is approximately 3.09 meters tall.
Caesar ate the Gasa Gasa no Mi (Gas Fruit), a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to create, control, and transform entirely into gas.
Oxygen Manipulation: He can remove oxygen from a given area around him, instantly suffocating opponents.
Toxic and Explosive Gases: He creates large-scale combustions and projects bursts of flammable gas at high temperatures (like the Gastille attack) capable of melting metal.
Chemical Weapons: He developed the deadly Shinokuni gas and was directly responsible for the creation of SMILEs (artificial Zoan-type Devil Fruits) using the substance SAD.
After being defeated by Monkey D. Luffy and Trafalgar Law on Punk Hazard, he became a political bargaining chip. During the Whole Cake Island Arc, he was taken hostage and forced to collaborate with the Straw Hat Pirates and Capone Bege in a plan to assassinate the Yonkou Big Mom. Currently, his whereabouts in the manga's universe are part of the cover stories, where he joined Vinsmoke Judge to found the Neo MADS organization.
