Story transcript

Ken: Grandma Seiko! The two golden relics are gone!

Momo: Could you say that with literally any less panic?

Seiko Ayase: Nope. Panic is useful when a yokai has a head start.

Seiko Ayase: They rolled west. Old batting cages.

Akira Inugami: The trail's wrapped in shrine ash. My guardian can track it.

Ken: There! I can see them!

Momo: Don't touch the weird glowing things.

Akira Inugami: Stay behind me. That machine is awake.

Momo: Ken, stay behind me!

Akira Inugami: Guardian, hold the line.

Seiko Ayase: Hand them over, and I won't turn this cage into a parking lot.

Akira Inugami: Don't let it break the trail.

Ken: I can still catch them!

Momo: There is literally nothing down there!

Akira Inugami: Guardian. Search the walls.

Ken: So... we really lost them.

Akira Inugami: No. Something pulled them past the local boundary.

Seiko Ayase: Good news. They weren't destroyed.

Ken: Then where are they?!

Akira Inugami: The seller hid the location. Typical.
