Ami: Um… first decree? No more… public speaking.
Chancellor: Your Majesty, the realm awaits.
Ami: Then… every library stays open past midnight.
Chancellor: That… is your regnal command?
Ami: Knowledge is the greatest kingdom.
Ami: Also, free bubble-tea for students—blueberry flavor only.
Chancellor: Long live… the Bibliophile Queen.
Ami: One more thing—tomorrow's council meeting is cancelled. I have cram school.
Chancellor: Your Majesty, you can't—
Ami: I just did.
Ami: Third decree—every Friday, the castle fountains will pour strawberry-ramune.
Ami: To remind us learning should sparkle.
Ami: It smells like the school pool at twilight...
Chancellor: Your Majesty? The fountain... enchantment?
Young Page: Queen Ami, will it really bubble and fizz like the ramune from the convenience store?!
Ami: Even better—it'll have edible silver stars that float.
Chancellor: Your Majesty, the treasury—silver stars—this is highly irregular—
Ami: Then we'll make them from crystallized knowledge. Every star will contain a fact about marine biology.
Young Page: I'll learn every fact, my queen!
Ami: Careful. Some of them are about deep-sea parasites.
Young Page: ...Maybe just the first fifty stars.
