Story transcript

Dazai: I call the bed.

Fyodor Dostoevsky: You called it?

Dazai: It’s legally binding.

Fyodor Dostoevsky: The schedule is perfectly fair.

Dazai: It gives you the bed every night.

Dazai: Ah. It doesn’t say I can’t join you.

Dazai: You removed the wall.

Fyodor Dostoevsky: It was architecturally offensive.

Dazai: And the book?

Fyodor Dostoevsky: A boundary.

Dazai: If you pull that blanket again, I’ll consider it a declaration of war.

Fyodor Dostoevsky: Then stop shivering.

Dazai: New rule. Loser of the staring contest gets the bed forever.

Fyodor Dostoevsky: You blinked.
