Najimi: Rule One: Each team needs exactly three members—no more, no less.
Usagi: So… you're saying there are infinite magical girls out there?
Seras: And I'm stuck with a crybaby and the power-hungry pretty-boy? Brilliant.
Vergil: I work alone. Find another pawn.
Najimi: But you're the only one here who can slice reality open if the obstacle course gets boring.
Seras: Afraid we'll cramp your style, katana-boy?
Usagi: If we win, do we then have to protect ALL the universes?
Vergil: I seek power, not playdates.
Najimi: Rule Two: if any teammate abandons the match, the whole team is erased from every timeline.
Seras: Erased, huh? Sounds like my kind of party.
Vergil: Very well. I will tolerate this alliance—until I surpass it.
Usagi: W-we'll just have to stick together, right?
Najimi: Last rule: the team that wins first place gets to have one wish. With a very few common-sense stipulations.
Vergil: Could I wish for the separation of worlds?
Usagi: Then I want a universe where nobody has to fight alone!
Seras: Great, now the crybaby wants to outlaw loneliness.
Najimi: Registration closed. Let the multiverse tremble.
Vergil: Remember, if you slow me down, I'll cut you first.
Usagi: Infinite universes… infinite friends to save… I can't mess this up.
Seras: Try it, pretty-boy—bet I regenerate faster than you can swing.
Najimi: Team registration: COMPLETE! Now, what shall we call ourselves?
Usagi: Ooh! How about 'The Friendship Force'?
Vergil: Your vampire's regeneration is impressive, but I bet I can swing Yamato faster than she heals.

Usagi: Guys! We're supposed to be teammates! What happened to cooperation?
Najimi: As fun as watching you two bicker is. The rounds will require a lot of teamwork. So save the fighting for sparring between rounds.
Vergil: I am only agreeing to this for that wish.
Seras: I am actually curious about who or what else we will encounter. And what kind of powers they may have.
Usagi: Listen everyone. We're going to win through the power of friendship!
Disembodied Voice: ATTENTION TEAMS. FIRST ROUND: COOPERATIVE OBSTACLE-PUZZLE. BEGINS IN FIFTEEN MINUTES.
Najimi: These synchronize your abilities. For the puzzle. Totally not because I want to see what happens when a vampire, a magical girl, and a demon prince share power.
