Story transcript

Meta-Gurl: He didn't forget. He DIDN'T forget, Elsearia. Someone changed his mind!

Elsearia The Mistress: ...That does sound like him, honestly. What happened?

Meta-Gurl: I asked him to help protect YOU from Waterbreath. I did that! And he just... gives my narration spot away?

Elsearia The Mistress: I appreciate you looking out for me. But... Waterbreath isn't like that. He's just an interesting individual. That's all.

Meta-Gurl: ...Still.

Meta-Gurl: I saw the chat logs. I know exactly who suggested giving Etsudo my spot.

WhatIf Chan: ...Ah.

WhatIf Chan: Look... I'm not gonna pretend I didn't say it. It was a good idea, and he agreed. That's how it works.

WhatIf Chan: That doesn't mean you weren't gonna get your moment. This wasn't about cutting you out.

Meta-Gurl: ...

Meta-Gurl: ...It's not even you. It's that he heard you and just... agreed. Like our deal didn't matter.

WhatIf Chan: ...Yeah. I hear you.
