• Vaggie Human version — Charlie's girlfriend and right hand, she is a warrior with powers of a fallen angel.
• Misaka mikoto — Misaka mikoto is an eighth-grade student at the prestigious Tokiwadai Middle School in Academy City Rank: She is one of the seven "Level 5" espers in the city, holding the rank of number 3.
• Onomi Kobayashi — She is a student in Shuchiin Academy, Onomi is a student who is good looking and maintaining her presence around people, as well as have secrets.
