Big Boss: You've grown strong, Snake. But strength alone won't change this twisted world.
Snake: I don't need to change the world. I just need to stop those who would destroy it.
Big Boss: (Let me show you what true power looks like, son.)
Snake: Your way only creates more chaos. I'll end this cycle.
Big Boss: (His reflexes are faster than before. He's not holding back.)
Snake: I learned from the best. Including you.
Big Boss: Perhaps... you really are the one who can carry that burden.
Big Boss: The world doesn't need heroes, Snake. It needs monsters willing to do what others won't.
Snake: I've seen what your 'monsters' become. I won't let that happen again.
Big Boss: (His stance is perfect. But perfection has flaws.)
Snake: You're getting slow, old man.
Big Boss: (He's baiting me. Using my own moves against me.)
Snake: You taught me everything. Including your weaknesses.
Snake: (Otacon's voice... a Metal Gear? Activated by our fight?)
Big Boss: Every move we made... every impact... was being recorded.
Snake: You used me. This whole fight was just... data collection?
Big Boss: The data's complete. Metal Gear REX is fully calibrated to our fighting patterns.
Snake: You son of a... You knew they'd use our moves against us.
Big Boss: (He's right to be angry. But sometimes betrayal is just another battlefield.)
Snake: REX is outside. We need to work together or we're both dead.
Big Boss: Take it. We'll settle this after we survive.
Snake: (He's really going to help? Or is this another trap?)
Big Boss: (The charges are set. After REX falls, the warehouse becomes our tomb.)
Snake: Wait... those charges weren't here before.
Big Boss: One way or another, Snake... this ends today.
Snake: Thirty seconds. He's really going to bury us both.
Big Boss: (The perfect end. Father and son, united in death.)
Snake: (The door's sealed. He planned every detail.)
Snake: Damn it! Old man, you win this round!
Snake: (The air duct... fifteen seconds to make it.)
Snake: (This isn't over, father.)
Snake: The warehouse is gone... but so is he.
Snake: (These aren't his. A decoy. He's still out there.)
Snake: This isn't the end. It's just the beginning.
