Story transcript
Malenia, Blade of Miquella: The poll results should arrive any moment now. I have no doubts about the outcome.
Malenia, Blade of Miquella: After all, I have never known defeat... in battle or popularity.
Melina: Perhaps the Tarnished will remember who guided them through the Lands Between.
Melina: I did offer them both accord and purpose... that should count for something.
Ranni the Witch: Such trivial matters hardly concern me. Though I suspect my path of stars resonated with many.
Ranni the Witch: The Age of Stars offers freedom that no other ending could promise.
Rya: Oh my, I wouldn't expect to place very high. I'm just a humble scout after all...
Rya: Though it's an honor to be considered alongside such legendary figures.
Melina: The results are in and... wait, this can't be right.
Melina: Rya has won by a landslide? She received over 70% of all votes!
Malenia, Blade of Miquella: Impossible! I am Malenia, Blade of Miquella!
Malenia, Blade of Miquella: I... I have known defeat? At a popularity contest?!
Ranni the Witch: Preposterous! I offered them the stars themselves!
Ranni the Witch: What could possibly compete with an entire cosmic order?
Rya: Really? Me? I... I just tried to be nice and honest to everyone I met.
Rya: Perhaps that's all anyone really wants in these troubled lands... someone genuine.
