Rock: Welcome to Lagoon Company, Anya. It’s a little rough around the edges.
Anya: Do the others live here too?
Rock: Dutch and Benny have their own places. Their not too far, but they like their privacy.
Rock: Revy and I watch this place. It also has a few rooms, so it works out. {I hopes we can keep Anya safe.}
Rock: Not too much to show here, let's head inside.
Revy: Already getting soft on me Rock? {He does look cute, acting a dad}
Rock: This is the communication room. We talk to clients here, take jobs, and negotiate payment.
Anya: This is where Lagoon Company gets jobs?
Rock: Exactly.
Benny: Yes, we recovered the Golden Statue. Dutch is ready to meet you at the drop-off.
Rock: This room is empty. You can use it.
Rock: I know it’s not much, but I hope you can get comfortable here.
Anya: {It isn’t as cute as Anya’s old room... but it’s better than a cage.}
Anya: Anya likes beds more than cages.
Anya: Where do Rock and Revy sleep?
Rock: Don’t worry about us. We’re fine.
Revy: It’s nothing important. {I don't want to be seen when were alone. I have a reputation to maintain}
Anya: Okay... Anya won't ask about that.
Rock: This is the storage room. We keep our tools and weapons here.
Rock: Anya, this is Le Majeur.
Le Majeur: Hello, Anya. It’s nice to meet you. {Why is her hair pink?}
Le Majeur: Is your pink hair natural?
Rock: It was already pink when we saved her.
Revy: Yeah. I think it’s weird too.
Le Majeur: I remember some old intelligence about a science community in Central Europe. They were doing strange experiments on children.
Le Majeur: I never found out exactly what they were doing. All I heard was that the children developed unusual hair colors.
Rock: Could Anya be one of those children?
Revy: Some pervert would pay a fortune for a unique specimen. They also need a bullet between the eyes.
Rock: Can we be sure Anya was one of those kids?
Le Majeur: We don’t have the tools to test that. But if her hair is naturally pink, then it proves something unusual. Pink hair isn’t normal.
Revy: This kid must’ve had a real shit start to life. {Her life sounds almost as rough as mine.}
Le Majeur: Unless those scientists discovered superpowers, it’s probably just a color difference for some pervert or something.
Le Majeur: Rich people do weird things all the time.
Rock: {At least this time, we can protect one kid.}
Revy: Looks like we’re stuck with her. {Could be worse.}
Rock: We’re in Roanapur. It’s a rough place for most people.
Revy: It’s home. If you’ve got money and the means, it’s one of the few free places left in the world.
Anya: Anya was adopted, but her original parents didn’t want a dumb child. They abandoned Anya.
Anya: Then bad men took Anya and put her in cages.
Rock: You won’t be abandoned by us.
Revy: {Anya might look cute in a bulletproof vest.}
Dutch: Nothing beats an easy, well-paying job.
Revy: The brat got comfortable too fast. It’s almost like she can read minds.
Anya: {Why would say that? Is she about find Anya out?}
Rock: I can’t believe they paid that much for retrieving the statue.
Benny: If they’re willing to pay, I’ll get them a dozen more.
Le Majeur: Revy’s looking like a mom, holding little Anya.
Revy: Shut up.
